Prenatal Yoga 4-Week Series (in-person)
Class Dates: Oct. 9, 16, 23, & 30- 11:15 a.m.
The growth of a new life within you is an amazing unique experience. As your baby grows, your body goes to different changes and needs. Yoga supports and nurtures these changes by increasing awareness of mind, body and breath. It helps create strength, flexibility, and relaxation to release tension and energize you. A prenatal yoga class will guide you through safe poses for you and your growing baby.
The Core is happy to welcome Beatriz Aldridge, RYT, to The Core as our new prenatal yoga instructor! Bea's prenatal yoga class is designed to create a healthy and nurturing environment where you have the opportunity to connect, ask questions, and share your experience with other women that are also preparing for the amazing event of bringing a new being into this world. Women in all stages of pregnancy welcome.
All participants will be asked to wear a mask throughout the class. Please bring a yoga mat with you to class.
