Described as “meditation in motion,” this class is low-impact and ideal for improving balance, flexibility, relaxation, mental focus and overall well-being. Beginning Tai Chi is all-levels traditional yang-style practice goes through the 10-form practice each class.  Register for this class below, as space is limited.  Please come dressed for activity.
